Abstract (en)
The device (10) has a pole comprising a main contact (14) with a support arm (16) whose two parts (64, 62) are slid with respect to one another so that one of the parts takes an abutment position and an end-of-travel position when the contact and another main contact (12) are in closed position. A drive mechanism (22) of the arm has a connecting rod system (60) to couple a rotary shaft (20) to the part. A contact-less magnetic rotation sensor determines integrity of the contacts and measures an angle of rotation of the shaft between the abutment and end-of-travel positions. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electrical protection switchgear device.

Un dispositif permettant la mesure de l'usure des contacts (12, 14) d'un appareil de coupure (10) est décrit. L'appareil de coupure (10) est du type disjoncteur ouvert à arbre des pôles (20) déporté, et le contact mobile (14) est monté sur un support coulissant (16, 62, 64). La mesure de l'usure des contacts (12, 14) est basée sur l'évaluation de la sur-course du contact mobile (14) en position de fermeture lors de son coulissement dans son support (16). Cette sur-course est déterminée par mesure de la rotation résiduelle de l'arbre des pôles (20), de préférence par un capteur magnétique de rotation sans contact.
