Abstract (en)

The system has a pump (1) i.e. fixed displacement pump, for supplying a consumer with a working hydraulic system (2) and a hydraulic steering unit (3). A hydraulic braking device (20) is controlled by brake pressure. A priority valve (5) is arranged for preferred supply of the steering unit in a conveyor pipe (4) of the pump. A control pressure pipe (25) is provided with the conveyor pipe of the pump located upstream of the priority valve of the steering unit for generation of the brake pressure. The control pressure pipe is guided to a brake valve (21) of the braking device.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein hydrostatisches Antriebssystem einer mobilen Arbeitsmaschine, insbesondere eines Flurförderzeugs, mit einer Pumpe (1), die zur Versorgung mindestens eines Verbrauchers einer Arbeitshydraulik (2) und einer hydraulischen Lenkung (3) vorgesehen ist, sowie mit einer hydraulischen mittels eines Bremsdruckes steuerbaren Bremseinrichtung (20), wobei in einer Förderleitung (4) der Pumpe (1) ein Prioritätsventil (5) zur bevorzugten Versorgung der Lenkung (3) angeordnet ist. Zur Erzeugung des Bremsdruckes ist eine mit der Förderleitung (4) der Pumpe (1) stromauf des Prioritätsventils (5) der Lenkung (3) in Verbindung stehende Steuerdruckleitung (25) vorgesehen. Die Steuerdruckleitung (25) ist zu einem Bremsventil (21) der Bremseinrichtung (20) geführt, wobei in der Steuerdruckleitung (25) ein Druckminderventil (26) angeordnet ist.
