Abstract (en)
The burner has a pilot cone (200) and a carrier insert (110) that are thermally uncoupled from each other, and an internal pilot insert (190) provided between the carrier insert and the pilot cone. Multiple openings (160) are formed on the internal pilot insert, and the pilot cone is welded with the internal pilot insert, where air is guided through the openings. The internal pilot insert is screwed with the carrier insert by a screw connection (250), and a defined gap (180) is formed between the pilot cone and the carrier insert. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an operating method for increasing service life of a burner (2) an assembly method for installing and dismantling a pilot cone assembly of a burner.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brenner umfassend einem Pilotkonus (200) sowie einem Trägereinsatz (110), wobei der Pilotkonus (200) und der Trägereinsatz (110) thermisch entkoppelt sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Betriebsverfahren zur Erhöhung der Lebensdauer eines Brenners, welcher einen Pilotkonus (200) und einen Trägereinsatz (110) umfasst, wobei der Pilotkonus (200) derart beabstandet angeordnet ist, dass ein definierter Spalt (180) zwischen Pilotkonus (200) und Trägereinsatz (110) vorgesehen ist, welcher im Betrieb durch die thermische Expansion im Wesentlichen geschlossen wird. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung ein Montageverfahren zum Montieren und Demontieren einer Pilot-Konus Baugruppe eines Brenners von einem Trägereinsatz (110).
