Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2256415A2] The method involves inputting a cooking time (tg) and a target temperature (Ts). A derived cooking time (tg2) is determined from the input cooking time and the input target temperature by adding the input cooking time with an empirically determined time premium (x). The time premium is determined as a function of food type, function of food weight, function of initial temperature, function of adjusted heating type or function of input cooking time based on the input target temperature. An independent claim is also included for a household appliance comprising a baking-oven.
