[origin: EP2258494A1] The device (1) has a machine frame (2), at which a bending head (4) is attached, where the bending head is movable relative to the machine frame. A feeding- and adjusting unit (7) is provided upstream to the bending head for supplying a work-piece to a cutting device (6). The cutting device is movable in a supply direction of the work-piece. The cutting device is provided between the bending head and the unit, for cutting of the work-piece. The unit is movable in a supply direction of the work-piece independent of the cutting device.
