[origin: EP2260745A2] The cutlery (1) has a functional piece (3) i.e. cutlery bowl, connected with a handle (2) for handling a foodstuff. The handle comprises a handle element (5) that is guided along a longitudinal direction of the cutlery in a longitudinal movable manner. The handle is clamped in a pull-out usage position. The handle element is movable in a bearing position, in which the handle element partially covers the functional piece. The handle is detachably clamped in a usage position relative to the functional piece. An independent claim is also included for a food container comprising a chamber.
