[origin: EP2260950A1] The device has a supply device (Z-M), a buffer device and a regulator, where the fill level sensors (FS-1,FS-2,FS-3) of the buffer modules (P-1,P-2,P-3) are designed, to measure a mass for the actual fill level of the buffer modules. The regulator is designed to regulate the supply of articles in each buffer module by using the measured fill level mass such that the actual level of the buffer modules in the given area. An independent claim is also included for a method for transport of articles to a processing device.
