Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2261552A1] The method involves providing a devotional candle device (200) with an electrical lamp i.e. LED (34), to a devotional candle bank. Energy from the devotional candle bank is inductively transferred to the devotional candle device and is directly converted into light by the electrical lamp. Electrical energy is provided for inductive decoupling of the devotional candle bank from an accumulator, which is coupled with the devotional candle bank. The accumulator is provided in a case with a case handle, and the electrical energy is inductively coupled by the LED and a coil (36). An independent claim is also included for a candle for use in a devotional candle plug, comprising an electrical light source i.e. LED.
