[origin: EP2341195A2] The unit (10) has a sleeve-shaped insertion cartridge (1) i.e. removable cartridge, inserted into a tube-shaped valve outlet (2) of a sanitary drain valve (3) to form an emergent water jet. The cartridge comprises a water inlet (6) at one of front sides of the cartridge, and has a water outlet (8) at a circumference of the cartridge. A jet shaper (9) is provided in the water outlet, which has flow guiding walls oriented transverse and perpendicular to a cartridge longitudinal axis. An attachment or filter screen (7) is provided at a flow side before the water inlet of the cartridge.
