[origin: WO2009103511A1] In order to configure an insulated glass pane, two individual glass panes (2, 3) are glued to each other by means of a frame-shaped spacer (4). For this purpose a sealant is provided in joints (15, 16) between two flanks (7, 8) of the spacer (4) and the two adjoining glass panes (2, 3). The joints (15, 16) on the interior of the insulated glass pane (1) are open and contain a mass (12), which has a surface facing the interior of the insulated glass pane (1) and in which a drying agent is embedded.
