Abstract (en)
The method involves cutting a foam block (11) into parts corresponding with a foam shim element (10) to be manufactured, and realizing a print (18) in the foam part, where the print corresponds to a part of an object to be transported. Completion coatings (15, 16) are applied on a part of one of faces (12, 13) of the foam part, and the coatings are closely bound to the foam part. The print is realized while simultaneously cutting the coating and the foam part into parts. An independent claim is also included for a foam shim element for transport of objects, comprising a foam part.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de calage (10) en mousse pour le transport d'objets dans lequel on découpe une pièce (11) correspondant audit élément de calage à fabriquer dans un bloc de mousse, on applique au moins un revêtement de finition (15, 16) sur au moins une partie d'une des faces (12, 13) de ladite pièce en mousse (11), on lie intimement le revêtement de finition (15, 16) à ladite pièce en mousse et on réalise une ou plusieurs empreintes (18, 18') par découpage simultané de ladite pièce en mousse et dudit revêtement de finition, chaque empreinte correspondant au moins à une partie d'un objet à transporter.
