Abstract (en)

The method involves forming an envelope, and arranging a fusible conductive element i.e. electrically conductive strip, in the envelope. The envelope is packed with a granular material i.e. silicate sand. The granular material is compacted by displacing the envelope via a succession of alternated movements directed along a horizontal direction. An efficient acceleration (gamma) of the alternated movements is increased from a first value (gamma1) to a second value (gamma2), and is decreased from the second value to a third value during compacting the granular material.

Ce procédé comprend des étapes consistant à former une enveloppe, disposer un élément fusible dans l'enveloppe, garnir par gravité l'enveloppe avec un matériau granulaire et compacter le matériau granulaire en déplaçant l'enveloppe équipée de l'élément fusible et garnie du matériau granulaire selon une succession de mouvements alternés dirigés au moins en partie selon une direction horizontale. Lors de l'étape de compactage, on augmente l'accélération efficace (“) des mouvements alternés d'une première valeur (“ 1 ) à une deuxième valeur (“ 2 ) puis on diminue cette accélération efficace de la deuxième valeur (“ 2 ) vers une troisième valeur (“ 3 ). Ceci permet d'augmenter la compacité globale du mélange particulaire autour de l'élément fusible.
