[origin: WO2009112390A1] The invention relates to a security label (1) for use as initial opening verification having a carrier (4), wherein said carrier has at least one first layer A and one second layer B, and having an adhesive layer (3) for application on an object (2) to be secured, wherein said adhesive layer is disposed below said carrier, wherein a marker is provided, which irreversibly indicates a removal attempt from the object, and wherein said security label is implemented so it can be stretched. It is proposed that the two layers A, B have tension sets which differ from one another, the security label is three-dimensionally deformed after stretching and subsequent relaxation, and the deformation implements the marker.
