[origin: EP2267255A1] The lock has a joint bar shackle (13) with an end fastened at a lock body (11) and another end interlocked at the lock body. The joint bar shackle has joint bars (15) pivotably joined to each other by a joint connection. The joint connection between the joint bars exhibit a joint pin (29) for connecting eyelets (23, 25) of the joint bars. The joint bars exhibit a bent wire or a folded sheet extending between the eyelets. The bent wire and/or the folded sheet of the joint bars is sectionally surrounded by a casing (31), where the casing exhibits plastic cast or metal cast.
