[origin: EP2269741A1] The apparatus (10) has a glass cylinder (12) with an opening (34) for rinsing fluid. A piston arrangement (72) is displaceable in the cylinder by a drive device. The piston arrangement is carried by a piston rod (18) and defines a working chamber of the cylinder, where the working chamber communicates with the opening of the cylinder. A receiving chamber (116) of the piston arrangement is supplied with the fluid. The receiving chamber is fluidically connected with the working chamber of the cylinder. A flow channel guides the fluid through a piston element (74).
