Abstract (en)
The stamp (10) has a shaft (12), and a stamp head (14) arranged at an end of the shaft. A pressing area is arranged at another end of the shaft. The head has an upper reflecting surface (16), an outer cylinder surface (18) and a curved transition area (20) that is formed between the reflecting surface and the cylinder surface. The reflecting surface and the transition area form a three-dimensional surface, where a course of the three-dimensional surface is described by a mathematical function, and height of the head is decreased from the reflecting surface to the cylinder surface constantly. An independent claim is also included for a rotary tabletting press comprising a press stamp.

Pressstempel für eine Rundläuferpresse, mit einem Schaft (12), einem an einem Schaftende angeordneten Stempelkopf (14) und einem am anderen Schaftende angeordneten Pressbereich, wobei der Stempelkopf (14) eine obere Spiegelfläche (16), eine äußere Zylinderfläche (18) und einen gekrümmten Übergangsbereich (20) zwischen der Spiegelfläche (16) und der Zylinderfläche (18) aufweist, wobei die Spiegelfläche (16) und der Übergangsbereich (20) eine dreidimensionale Fläche bilden, deren Verlauf in zumindest einer radialen Richtung durch eine mathematische Funktion (30) beschrieben ist, deren zweite Ableitung stetig ist.
