Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2269916A2] A tray (10) to support a plurality of containers (12) includes a base portion (18), a first pair of opposing side walls (20) extending upwardly from the base portion (18), and a second pair of opposing side walls (22) extending upwardly from the base portion (18) and interconnecting the first pair of opposing side walls (20) to form a shallow tray body. The first and second pairs of opposing side walls (20,22) have non-linear profiles to conform to outer contours of the containers (12). A sheet (16) of plastic is wrapped around the containers (12) and tray body (10) to securely hold the containers within the tray (10).
