[origin: EP2269931A2] The device (60) has a film web (22) provided across two adjustable bodies, which have openings within the region of a foil guiding, where the bodies are cylindrical hollow bodies. The openings are subjected with compressed air and partially consist of a fine-porous material i.e. ceramic material or aluminum hydroxide, in a region of the foil guiding. The fine-porous material exhibits a pore diameter between 5-10 picometres. An independent claim is also included for a method for separating and guiding a film web.
