Abstract (en)
The method comprises initially introducing a casting alloy consisting of aluminum and non-iron metallic alloy element into a casting mold over a sprue sieve, where the sprue removed and hardened from the casting piece forms with the sprue sieve contained in it and consisting of non-iron metallic alloy element of the aluminum alloy in a further sequence of a prealloy for alloy production of an aluminum alloy in a further process step. The sprue containing the sprue sieve is removed after hardening the casting piece. The sprue is cut to a predetermined standard weight.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen und Verwenden einer Vorlegierung zum Legieren von Aluminium vorgeschlagen. Um günstige Herstellungsverhältnisse zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zunächst eine aus Aluminium und wenigstens einem nichteisenmetallischen Legierungselement bestehende Gusslegierung über ein Eingusssieb in eine Gussform eingebracht wird, wonach der vom Gussstück abgenommene und ausgehärtete Anguss mit dem darin enthaltenen und aus wenigstens einem nichteisenmetallischen Legierungselement der Aluminiumlegierung bestehenden Eingusssieb in weiterer Folge eine Vorlegierung für die Aluminiumlegierungsherstellung selbst oder für eine Legierungskorrektur zur Erhöhung des betreffenden Legierungselementes in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt bildet.
