[origin: EP2270291A1] The device has a core (2) made of wooden material or wooden material-plastic mixture in a direction (V) perpendicular to a visible side (3). A groove (6) is provided in a recess (13) opened to a lower side and opened in a direction of the recess. An upwardly aligned projection (7) has another recess (14) lying opposite to the groove. A spring element (8) e.g. ring, is arranged in the latter recess and deformed in a direction (H) parallel to the visible side in a compressed and/or deformable manner. The spring element is inserted into a structural panel (1).
