Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2009132625A1] A method is described for monitoring and wirelessly signaling data (D, D*) that contains information (DRK) on the pressure states prevailing in tires of wheels (R1, R2, R3, R4) of a vehicle (FZ). In said method, electronic modules (RE) that are arranged in the wheels (R1, R2, R3, R4) wirelessly transmit the data (D, D*) to a control device (STG) which is arranged in the vehicle (FZ). No data is transmitted during a first mode (SM) associated with a standstill state of the vehicle (FZ), while the respective electronic module (RE) transmits the data (D, D*) to the control device (STG) in the form of telegrams (DT, DT*) during at least one other mode (FM, BM) associated with another state of the vehicle (FZ), the transition from a first mode into at least one other mode being determined by means of at least one acceleration sensor.
