The device comprises a rotary plate (7, 31) above the can (33), a band channel (6) arranged in the rotary plate (7, 31) and means for the translational movement of the can (33), wherein the end of the band channel (6), which is facing the can (33), is arranged eccentrically to a rotational axis (8) of the rotary plate (7, 31).
