Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Elektrohammervorrichtung mit wenigstens einer ersten Hauptdichtungseinheit (10, 30; 10a, 30a), welche dazu vorgesehen ist, einem Entweichen eines Fluids aus einem zumindest von einem Schläger (12; 12a), einem Hammerrohr (14; 14a) und einem Kolben (16; 16a) gebildeten Aufnahmebereich (18; 18a) entgegenzuwirken. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die erste Hauptdichtungseinheit (10, 30; 10a, 30a) als berührungslose Dichtungseinheit ausgebildet ist.
