A blade (13) is firmly supported between the retaining parts in a blade rest position. One of the housing parts moved between a closing position and an opening position with respect to another housing part using a supporting device. The former housing part is designed as a part of a drive device by which the retaining parts are moved between a blade rest position and a blade operating position.
