Abstract (en)

The electrical motor vehicle coolant pump (10) has a gap head-engine arrangement, a pump rotor (20) with pump shovels (50) and a sliding bearing case (22), which is supported on fixed metallic rotor axis (26). The pump shovels of the pump rotor are axially arranged in the range of the sliding bearing case. A metallic stop ring (40) is provided at the distal end of the rotor axis, where the stop ring is joined with the rotor axis.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrisch angetriebene Kfz-Kühlmittelpumpe 10 für ein mit einem Verbrennungsmotor angetriebenes Kraftfahrzeug. Die Kfz-Kühlmittelpumpe 10 weist eine Spalttopf-Motoranordnung auf, mit einem Pumpenrotor 20 mit Pumpenschaufeln 50, der durch ein Gleitlager 24 auf einer feststehenden metallischen Rotorachse 26 gelagert ist. Die Pumpenschaufeln 50 des Pumpenrotors 20 sind axial im Bereich einer Gleitlagerhülse 22 angeordnet und sind mit einem geschlossenen metallischen Anschlagring 40 am distalen Ende der metallischen Rotorachse 26 fixiert, wobei der metallische Anschlagring 40 mit der metallischen Rotorachse 26 verschweißt ist.
