Abstract (en)
The centrifugal pump (1) has a rotor (3) comprising a pump wheel with vanes for generation of main flow from an inlet (21) to an outlet (22) of a pump housing (2). A relief bore of another pump wheel is provided in the rotor for generation of recirculation flow from a rear side (32) of the rotor through the relief bore. A partition element separates the recirculation flow partly from the main flow in a region of the latter pump wheel, where the partition element is provided between the pump wheels. An independent claim is also included for a method for compensation of axial thrust in a centrifugal pump.

Es wird eine Zentrifugalpumpe vorgeschlagen mit einem Pumpengehäuse (2), das einen Einlass (21) und einen Auslass (22) aufweist, einen Rotor (3) mit einer dem Einlass (21) zugewandten Vorderseite (31) und einer dem Einlass (21) abgewandten Rückseite (32), und wobei der Rotor (3) ein erstes Pumpenrad (4) mit ersten Flügeln (41) aufweist zur Erzeugung eines Hauptflusses vom Einlass (21) zum Auslauss (22), wobei am Rotor (3) ein zweites Pumpenrad (5) mit zweiten Flügeln (52) und mit mindestens einer Entlastungsbohrung (6) vorgesehen ist zur Erzeugung eines Rezirkulationsflusses, der von der Rückseite (32) des Rotors (3) durch die mindestens eine Entlastungsbohrung (6) gerichtet ist, und wobei zwischen den beiden Pumpenrädern (4,5) ein Trennelement (7) vorgesehen ist, welches den Rezirkulationsfluss im Bereich des zweiten Pumpenrads (5) zumindest teilweise vom Hauptfluss trennt. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zum Ausgleichen des axialen Schubs in einer Zentrifugalpumpe vorgeschlagen.
