Abstract (en)
The boiler has a furnace including a horizontal hollow cylinder (18) whose end is closed, where a fluid fuel burner emerges from another end of the horizontal cylinder. The furnace includes a vertical cylinder (19) connected to the horizontal cylinder and having a length that is one third of a length of the horizontal cylinder. A vertical tube (22) supplies pulverized fuel to the furnace, and an Archimedes screw (30) and a supply conduit (29) supply solid fuel to the furnace. The tube, the screw and the conduit emerge from the vertical cylinder. The horizontal cylinder is made of material different from that of a semi-cylindrical crucible.

La présente invention concerne une chaudière du type comportant un foyer, des moyens d'alimentation en combustible vers ledit foyer, un échangeur de calories entre l'air chauffé provenant du foyer, et un fluide caloporteur (tel que de l'eau), caractérisée en ce qu 'elle comporte des moyens d'alimentation en air sous pression disposés sous le foyer ou à la base de celui-ci, et comprenant une chambre de compression, reliée en amont à une source d'air sous pression, et en aval de manière à diriger l'air vers le brûleur, pour permettre la combustion et refroidir la partie inférieure du foyer. La pression et/ou la vitesse et/ou le débit de l'air sous pression provenant de la chambre de compression, sont réglés pour assurer une circulation optimale de l'air chauffé dans l'échangeur de calories, et empêcher un retour de flamme au niveau des moyens d'alimentation en combustibles.
