[origin: WO2009132735A1] The invention relates to an electrical cable with an inner conductor arrangement, comprising at least one longitudinally extending conductor, an outer sheath of the cable annularly enclosing the inner conductor arrangement as seen in cross section, and an electric shield of the cable extending between the inner conductor arrangement and the outer sheath of the cable, wherein a partial area of the electrical shield is turned inside out such that it is at a distance from the main area of the electrical shield running between the inner conductor arrangement and the outer sheath of the cable perpendicular to the direction in which the cable extends. According to the invention, it is provided that the turned out partial area (25) of the electrical shield (2) is incorporated into the sheath (3) of the cable.
