Abstract (en)
The unit has a heating device provided in an interior region of a working cylinder (1) that carries a printing or embossing stencil (14) on circumference (16) of the cylinder to emboss or print. A web (5) is made from a flat material that is conveyed between the working cylinder and a back-pressure cylinder. The stencil extends over a part of circumference of the working cylinder, and is held on the working cylinder by fastening devices (12, 13). A clamping ring (15) acts on a circumferential edge of the stencil and clamps against the working cylinder.

Ein Druck- oder Prägewerk weist wenigstens zwei Zylinder (1, 2) auf. Davon trägt ein Arbeitszylinder (1) an seinem Umfang mindestens eine Druck- oder Prägematrize (14), um mit deren Hilfe eine zwischen ihm und einem Gegendruckzylinder (2) geförderte Bahn (5) aus einem Flachmaterial zu prägen oder zu bedrucken. Die Prägematrize (14) erstreckt sich jeweils nur über einen Teil des Umfanges des Arbeitszylinders (1) und ist mit Hilfe einer Befestigungseinrichtung (12, 13, 15) am Arbeitszylinder (1) gehalten. Der Arbeitszylinder (1) ist in seinem Inneren mit einer Heizeinrichtung versehen. Die Befestigungseinrichtung (12, 13, 15) weist mindestens einen am Umfangsrand (16) der Druck oder Prägematrize (14) angreifenden und gegen den Arbeitszylinder (1) haltenden Spannring (15) auf.
