The protection equipment has assembly corners (4) for union of multiple containers (2,3) to a container group (1) having multiple guard plates, which are arranged for the protection of the containers from ballistic threats from their side panels. The guard plates are defined over the assembly corners from the side walls of the containers.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzausstattung für Container (2, 3) mit Montageecken (4) zum Zusammenschluss mehrerer Container (2, 3) zu einem Containerverbund (1) umfassend mehrere Schutzplatten (5, 6), die zum Schutz der Container (2, 3) vor ballistischen Bedrohungen vor deren Seitenwänden anordbar sind, wobei die Schutzplatten (5, 6) über die Montageecken (4) vor den Seitewänden der Container (2, 3) festlegbar sind. Weiter Gegenstände der Erfindung bilden ein Container mit Montageecken (4) zum Zusammenschluss mehrerer Container zu einem Containerverbund (1) sowie ein Containerverbund aus derartigen Containern, die eine Schutzausstattung der zuvor genannten Art aufweisen.
