Abstract (en)
The method involves placing a cooking vessel (25a) on heaters (16a, 16d) for heating a cooking product. A controller (18) and a cooking vessel detection sensor (22d) are provided at cooking zones (14a-14d). The sensor is formed such that the actuating sensor detects contact of the cooking vessel or movement of the vessel. Optical and/or acoustic signal e.g. timer alarm, produced by a signal device of a hob (11) is switched-off. The contact of the vessel for two seconds is evaluated as a switch-off signal. Movement path and/or displacement path of 5 cm is evaluated as signal confirmation.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kochfelds mit mehreren Kochstellen und Heizeinrichtungen dafür, auf welche jeweils ein Kochgefäß zum Kochen gestellt werden kann, sind eine Steuerung sowie wenigstens ein Betätigungssensor an der Kochstelle vorgesehen. Der Betätigungssensor ist derart ausgebildet, dass er eine Berührung oder ein Bewegen des Kochgefäßes erkennt und als Quittieren bzw. Löschen eines von einer Signaleinrichtung des Kochfeldes erzeugten Signals, wie eines Timeralarm odgl., erkennt und dann dieses Signal abchaltet.
