Abstract (en)
The method involves applying solid-colored molding tool layer (2) having thickness between 20 micrometers and 100 micrometers on a galvanically-isolated nickel screen (3). The molding tool layer is structured with laser radiation (4) having wavelength of 900 nanometers to 1400 nanometers, where the laser radiation is produced by an yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser. The galvanically-isolated screen is extended as a cylindrical sleeve between two ferrules, where the laser radiation is focused with optical elements (6) e.g. lenses. An independent claim is also included for a printing screen comprising a molding tool layer.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Drucksieb aus einem Sieb (3) sowie ein Drucksieb, das ein Sieb und eine Schablonenschicht (2) aufweist. Die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Drucksieben zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit dem eine höhere Gravurauflösung erzielt werden kann, wird dadurch gelöst, dass eine durchgefärbte Schablonenschicht (2) auf das Sieb (3) aufgebracht wird und dass die Schablonenschicht (2) mit Laserstrahlung (4) der Wellenlänge 900 nm bis 1400 nm strukturiert wird.
