Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2277813A1] A device for switching between conveyance paths for paper sheets or the like is small sized and can switch the position of a conveyance path switching blade at high speed. The device is provided with the conveyance path switching blade (10) mounted in a branch section (2) at which three conveyance paths are branched so as to extend in different directions and guiding paper sheets or the like sent from any one of the conveyance paths to either of the remaining two conveyance paths. The branch section (2) is constructed so that the paths extend in the three directions The conveyance path switching blade (10) is rotated by a motor and has guide sections (11, 12, 13) protruding in three directions from the center of the rotation of the blade. The angle formed between one (11) of the guide sections and each of the remaining two guide sections (12, 13) is greater than the angle formed between the two conveyance paths.
