Abstract (en)
The display (1) has a body made of a translucent material i.e. acryl glass, and a refractive structure e.g. letters and/or symbol, is provided on a surface area or in the body. The body is fired at a surface section (2) of the surface area, where light generated by fire in the body is refracted at the structure such that the body is illuminated. A light source e.g. colored LED, is provided at an unfired surface section, and introduces additional light into the body, which is in bar shape. An auxiliary igniter e.g. plastic article, is provided at the surface section.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine leuchtende Kunststoffanzeige, einen Köper (40) aus transluzenten Material, insbesondere Acrylglas, umfassend, wobei auf der Oberfläche oder im Körper des transluzenten Materials eine lichtbrechende Strukturveränderung (41) vorhanden ist, wobei der Körper (40) an mindestens einem Flächenabschnitt der Oberfläche brennt und im Körper laufendes, vom Feuer erzeugtes Licht an der lichtbrechenden Strukturveränderung derart gebrochen wird, dass diese dadurch beleuchtet ist.
