[origin: WO2009130723A1] The present invention relates to a dispensing-dosing device for liquid soap, shampoo or similar fluids, of the type composed of a wall-mountable holder (10) and of a squeezable bottle (11) for the fluid to be dispensed, retained in a replaceable manner by the holder, so that it can be squeezed directly by the user' s fingers to dispense the fluid through an automatic dispensing valve. The holder and the bottle both have a part with an essentially annular configuration, at least one of the aforesaid annular parts being openable to allow mutual insertion.
