[origin: CA2723482A1] An apparatus (1) for placing holding-down devices and/or pipes and/or augers (2) into the earth as an attachment for attaching to the jib (4) of a construction vehicle comprises a suspension means (6) with which said apparatus can be articulated on the point of articulation (7) of the jib (4), and a drive head (8) which is rigidly connected to the suspension means (6), is designed as a screw drive and/or drilling drive and/or impact-drilling drive and/or ram drive and to which the holding-down device/the pipe/the auger (2) can be coupled for placing into the earth. The point of articulation (7) is displaceable in relation to the drive head (8) in at least a first direction (9) transverse to the longitudinal axis (10) of the holding-down device/of the pipe/of the auger (2), if appropriate also in a second direction (11) transverse to the first direction (9). The suspension means (6) can be a cardan joint (13) in which a first joint pin (14) is extended in such a manner that a first and a second joint part (16, 17) can be displaced in relation to each other in order to displace the point of articulation (7) in the first direction (9) on said joint pin. A second joint pin (15) can be extended in such a manner that the second and a third joint part (17, 18) can be displaced in relation to each other in the second direction (11) on said joint pin.
