Abstract (en)
The aid (12) has a plate section (26) with a support surface (20) for a heel section of a ski boot or a boot plate. A control element e.g. piston cylinder assembly, has a base part fastened to a ski (16) or a ski binding, and a movement part movable relative to the base part. Support elements (18, 30) convert movement of the movement part into movement of the plate section such that level of the surface over the ski is changed. A locking arrangement transfers the movement of the movement part into locking or unlocking of the aid to lock or unlock the adjusted level of the surface over the ski. An independent claim is also included for a tour ski binding including a front binding part.

Die Erfindung stellt eine Steighilfe (12) für eine Tourenskibindung (100) eines Skis (16) bereit, welche einen Auflageabschnitt (26) umfasst, welcher eine dem Ski abgewandte Auflagefläche (20) für den Fersenabschnitt eines Skischuhs (110) oder eine Schuhplatte aufweist, ein Stellelement (42; 42"; 221) mit einem am Ski oder an der Skibindung zu befestigenden Basisteil (46; 46"; 224) und einem relativ dazu beweglichen Bewegungsteil (48; 51"; 220), und eine Bewegungsumwandlungsanordnung (18, 30), welche die Bewegung des Bewegungsteils (48; 51 ") des Stellelements (42; 42") in eine Bewegung des Auflageabschnitts (26) umwandelt, so dass sich die Höhe der Auflagefläche (20) über dem Ski (16) ändert, oder/und eine Arretieranordnung (204), welche die Bewegung des Bewegungsteils (220) des Stellelements (221) in eine Arretierung oder Dearretierung der Steighilfe umsetzt, so dass eine eingestellte Höhe der Auflagefläche (20) über dem Ski (16) arretiert oder dearretiert ist.
