The system has a set of identical or different hydraulic presses (P1-P4) provided by a central hydraulic drive (H1) i.e. cylindrical supporting column. The hydraulic presses exhibit the shape of star, circular ring or cross. The hydraulic presses are arranged at a distance around the drive or directly and modularly connected with the drive by standardized interfaces. Two of the presses are synchronously subjected with pressure by the drive. The presses are interconnected by a handling or manipulator system that transports work pieces to be machined from one press to the other press.

Es wird ein Maschinensystem zur Steuerung und zum Betrieb mehrerer spanlos formgebender, hydraulisch angetriebener Werkzeugmaschinen, insbesondere hydraulischer Pressen für das Ur- und Umformen beschrieben. Dieses Maschinensystem besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Anzahl baugleicher oder unterschiedlicher, hydraulisch angetriebener Urform- oder Umformmaschinen (P 1 ,P 2 ,...P m ), die von einem zentralen Hydraulikantrieb (H 1 ,H 2 ,...H n ) versorgt werden, wobei die einzelnen Urform- oder Umformmaschinen (P 1 ,P 2 ,...P m ) stern-, kreisring- oder kreuzförmig und dicht beabstandet um den zentralen Hydraulikantrieb (H 1 ,H 2 ,...H n ) angeordnet oder mit diesem direkt verbunden sind.
