Abstract (en)

The method involves applying a concrete primer (3) to a concrete support structure (2). A plastic film (4) i.e. polyurethane film, is placed on the primed support structure after priming the concrete support structure. An adhesive composition e.g. chemical blowing agent, containing solid epoxy resin and thermoplastic polymer i.e. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, that is solid at room temperature is applied on the plastic film. A bitumen based carrier layer (8) is formed on the adhesive composition. An independent claim is also included for a roadway structure comprising a support structure.

Abstract (de)

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Fahrbahnaufbaus (1). Für die Gewährleistung eines guten Verbundes zwischen Kunststofffolie (4) und Tragschicht (8) auf Bitumenbasis wird eine Haftzusammensetzung (5), welche zumindest ein Epoxid-Festharz sowie ein bei Raumtemperatur festes thermoplastisches Polymer aufweist verwendet. Dieses Verfahren erlaubt eine schnelle und effiziente Erstellung eines Fahrbahnaufbaus und es wird eine massive Verbesserung der Haftung erreicht.
