The handle releases the closure device by applying a tractive force exceeding the predetermined value. The closure device is a safety cover (1) for a shaft, where the handle is partly covered by a material layer which is fastened on the closure device. The material layer is a steel plate with slittings on an area which is deformed for releasing the handle.
