[origin: WO2005109144A1] A current balance arrangement is disclosed, comprising two transistors (11, 12), of differing conductivity type, each of which is suitable for provision of a bias current (PBIAS, NBIAS). A controlled power source (13, 13') is connected between both transistors (11, 12) and forms the output of a current balance (18, 13'). The disclosed principle guarantees that the output bias signals (PBIAS, NBIAS) are matched to a high degree of accuracy. Said current balance arrangement may preferably be integrated in CMOS circuit technology.
