[origin: WO2009141445A2] The invention relates to footwear comprising an outer shaft, an inner shaft, an insole and an outsole. The inner shaft on the upper shaft end has an upper opening with a peripheral edge and on the lower, sole-sided shaft end, a lower opening with a peripheral edge and said inner shaft comprises a rear area, or a heel area, two lateral areas and a front area with stitching that extends between the upper and lower opening. The invention is characterised in that the stitching extends from the upper opening on the side to the lower opening on the other side crossing over the front area.
