Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009132780A1] The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner comprising a dust collection chamber (6) sealable by a cover (4) and a receptacle (100) disposed in the dust collection chamber (6) for a dust bag, wherein the receptacle (100) can be tilted from a first position blocking the cover closure path by placing the bag into a second position not blocking the cover closure path. To make the receptacle (100) easy to install, it is proposed that the position of the receptacle (100) in the first and second position thereof and the arrangement of the center of mass of the receptacle (100) relative to the tilt axis (113) are adapted such that when the vacuum cleaner (1) assumes its operating position on an at least approximately level surface (10) and when the dust bag is removed from the receptacle (100), the receptacle (100) automatically tilts from the second position to the first position.
