[origin: WO2009146570A1] The invention relates to a duct with a base active piece (6) and an insulation device, wherein the base active piece (6) comprises a conductor (4), plastic electric film (3), control electrodes (2) and an earth electrode (5). The insulation device comprises a shrink tube (8) made from an electrically insulating material. The shrink tube (8) permits an hermetically sealed base active piece (6) without an insulator. Said duct is independent of installation location and furthermore can be cheaply produced.
