Abstract (en)
The device has a measurement unit e.g. sensor (32) such as metal detector, for taking characteristic physical measurement (34) of entirety of content of a temporary rubbish container i.e. collection bin. A data base (36) stores characteristic pre-recorded profiles of the content. A comparator (38) compares physical measurement with pre-recorded profiles of the content. A tilting device is coupled with the device to authorize or prohibit tilting of the bin based on the result of comparison by indicating green light (40) or red light (42). An independent claim is also included for a voluntary delivery container comprising an identification device such as chip card reader.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de balayage du contenu d'un récipient à déchets temporaire (28) destiné à être vidé dans un contenant de plus grande capacité (22), le dispositif étant installé sur le contenant de plus grande capacité et couplé à un dispositif de basculement du récipient temporaire pour son vidage dans le contenant de plus grande capacité. Le dispositif est agencé pour : - prendre une mesure physique caractéristique du contenu du récipient temporaire, - comparer la mesure à des profils pré-enregistrés caractéristiques de contenus connus, - en fonction du résultat de la comparaison, autoriser ou interdire le basculement du récipient temporaire par le dispositif de basculement.
