Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2284110A1] The system has a control unit (1) coupled with a motor (21) for driving a lift cabin (2). The control unit stays in communication with a bus node via a bus (3), where the node receives data from sensors (4-9). The control unit stays in communication with a safety circuit (11) that brought into an open condition by a safety controller (10) i.e. can-safety-controller, so as to disconnect the motors. The safety circuit has an informing unit to inform disconnection of the motor to the control unit. The control unit detects disconnection of the motor based on the data transmitted by the node.
