The sole (12) has a center sole comprising a center sole body that extends from a heel area (18) over a center foot region (20) to a ball-toe region (22). The center sole body comprises an air inlet opening (24) and an air outlet opening (26), which are connected with each other by a ventilation channel designed in the center sole body. A treading sole (16) is arranged on a lower side of the center sole body. The air inlet opening and/or the air outlet opening are provided with a covering arrangement that partially covers the openings, which appear visually with partially closed. An independent claim is also included for a walking device comprising a shaft arranged in a shoe sole.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuhboden (12) mit einer einen Mittelsohlenkörper (28) aufweisenden Mittelsohle, wobei sich der Mittelsohlenkörper (28) von einem Fersenbereich (18) über einen Mittelfußbereich (20) zu einem Ballen-Zehenbereich (22) erstreckt und wenigstens eine Lufteintrittsöffnung (24) und wenigstens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung (26) aufweist, die durch einen im Mittelsohlenkörper (28) ausgebildeten Ventilationskanal (36) miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einer an der Unterseite des Mittelsohlenkörpers (28) angeordneten Laufsohle (16). Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Lufteintrittsöffnung (24) oder/und die Luftaustrittsöffnung (26) eine Abdeckanordnung (50) aufweist bzw. aufweisen, welche die Öffnung (24, 26) bzw. Öffnungen teilweise abdeckt. Ferner betrifft sie Erfindung ein Gehgerät (10) mit einem derartigen Schuhboden (12).
