[origin: WO2009145661A1] The invention relates to fire-fighting engineering and to means for preventing and controlling fire, in particular to sprinklers. The inventive sprinkler nozzle is designed to be used in automatic water and foam fire-extinguishing units. Said sprinkler nozzle makes it possible, first and foremost, to remotely control the sprinkler conditions, second, permanently monitoring the sprinkler conditions and also monitoring the readiness of the sprinkler for operation owing to the fact that the sprinkler is provided with a normally closed contact group connected to the outputs of a heating element.
