Abstract (en)
The tool has a support plate (1) that is formed concentric to a centre longitudinal axis (7). The support plate exhibits a centre opening (3) for receiving a drive shaft of a drive machine. A fiber grinding disk (9) is formed from a fiber disk (10) with a resin-bound abrasive lining (11). The fiber grinding disk exhibits an outer annular grinding region (8) that is arranged radial to the centre longitudinal axis. The fiber grinding disk is supported or glued to the support plate using an adhesive layer (12), where the disk exhibits a grinding side (4) and made of vulcanized fiber.

Ein Schrupp-Schleif-Werkzeug weist einen Tragteller (1) mit einer konzentrisch zu einer Mittel-Längs-Achse (7) angeordneten mittleren Öffnung (3) zur Aufnahme einer Antriebswelle einer Antriebsmaschine auf. Auf dem Tragteller ist eine Fiber-Schleifscheibe (9) abgestützt, die aus einer als Träger dienenden Fiber-Scheibe (10) und einem harzgebundenen Schleifmittel-Belag (11) gebildet ist. Die Fiber-Schleifscheibe (9) ist auf den Tragteller (1) aufgeklebt.
