[origin: EP2287682A1] The device has a rod and a retractable crown mounted in a watch case, where the crown has a cylindrical body (16) with a blind cylindrical hollow surrounding a tubular passage. A base (10) is in the shape of a cylindrical cover to be fixed with the watch case. Indexing structures are attached to the base to index an indexing ring (15) coupled translationally to the end of the passage. The structures move the crown from retracted or rest position to working position by the application of pressure to the crown.
